Knak kickout..haih...pahal..?mesti mun knak kickout dari keja tok org akan pikir kita bermasalah. Tapi tok lain situasinya. Nya knak kickout bcoz team leadernya pilih bulu. Dalam team kwn I tek..suma (ca ya nun alif).*cek2 ada cdaknya pandey Jawi.pisan kita* My friend is a Kayan I think.(sorry mun salah..)teheeheeesshhh..Bok jak 1 month nya keja alu knak kickout..sian bah..org lain pun mok carik duit juak for living..
And, boleh nya padah kwn I x bagus kerja juz bcoz my friend tek amik cuti? Nya bukan saja2 jak amik cuti pun.. Emergency leave. So he had to see the boss to apply the leave since he is still under probation. Mengekotnya x boleh..tapi nya amat perlu amik leave, so paksalahnya mintak cuti dari boss..Baguslah nak dari kita cuti x padah org. Tapi team leader ya terus padah nya x bagus keja. Sedangkan team members lain amik leave team leader ya xda bunyi papa.N btw, my friend, nya mintak HALFDAY leave. Bukannya fullday leave pun!BIAS EH!
Citanya alu polah aku mpun takut nak stat keja di sia. I hope my team leader keja and lead us dengan otak. Bukan keja thru emotion nya jak. Org pelu stability in life for their living.OK? If mena2 mok kick org, make sure nya memang ada polah salah yang mena2 salah. Bok boleh ko pikir2 nak dismiss them.
